My experience at the hands of their staff, and their company as a whole for that matter, was like something out of a nightmare, a nightmare experience, and trust me, I’m not overdramatizing things. When you’re shelling out quite a bit of money for such a service you expect to get what you paid for, but those working at this company evidently see things differently. I just had to warn people about my own recent experience.
