I purchased 3 yeti punisher cups, the receipt shows the pictures of the cups. I received the cups and 2 of the 3 were wrong. I couldn't tell I was purchasing them from China while on their website, the website looks official. When I contacted the company by email, they wanted me to send $30.00 dollars to replace their mistake. When I was not willing to do that they offered me a $5.00 dollar credit on my next purchase and asked me to keep the cups. Then they asked for me to send them back of course wanting me to pay shipping and once they receive them they will refund my money. So I said then you send me a shipping label and pay for your mistake. I decided to tell them no because I had no proof they would refund the money being in China.
