Worst experience I've ever had!! I live in a different town than where my listed home is located. She was chosen by my now ex wife under very misleading circumstances. As I drove through town twice a week I was available to meet with her several times and she refused to make time to meet me sighting that she is a busy single mom and works for one of the top agents in her office. If she is too busy to meet with one of the home owners and explain the paperwork I'm thinking she's to busy to help you with your listing. I didn't get a single copy of any paper work until after meeting with the associate broker. Even then the paperwork she emailed me was not up to date and were copies of the unsigned documents. I would think twice before inquiring about her services, and would never recommend her to anyone. To her credit she did sell the house quickly but most of that credit should go to my ex wife for always having it "show ready" and the other agents that actually showed the home. To the best of my knowledge She didn't show a single potential customer my home but then again she refused to include me in ANY conversations about who and when the home would be shown. I feel like she was more interested in getting the home sold as quickly as possible and moving on to the next sale than keeping my best interests a priority. I would consider a more professional person to represent me next time
