Order sent minus a number of items which I was lucky to spot eg Victory paint set where the bag only contained 11 bottles instead of the 14 purchased. Another bottle of paint I had been charged for wasn't present. Their Online Discount card which I foolishly spent £10 on and offers 5% on all purchases actually doesn't. My order of £425 in fact was only reduced by £1 to £424. The reason ,only undiscounted items are eligible and as most of their large items are "discounted" so aren't eligible. You would ,IMHO have to spend thousands to benefit from joining their scheme.
