I have leveled my complaints to the manager of the company. However, much to my dismay they responded only with a generic response. I was obviously misled regarding the costs, as it did not match the paperwork I had been given. This is disappointing as in the past I had used this company and experienced satisfactory experience. Think twice before calling them.
