I have never been this disappointed with a company because of inadequate service. I will ever recommend this company to another person due to their lack of understanding of how the customer really feels. Calling this a business is a great mistake because if I were dealing with a real business, this would have never happened to me. I hope that my words on how unprofessional this company is will help to steer away another potentially disappointed customer from them.
