I feel very disappointed with the service I received from this firm. The employees were basically disinterested and some were downright rude. At the end of the day, I didn’t even get the help I needed. It’s such a shame that some companies do not realize that they should train their staff on how to relate well with customers and enforce it. Maybe the management doesn’t even care. Well, obviously.
