I was so excited about purchasing a doll from Doctor wren and from the start it was a hard process to purchase a doll. I emailed the yahoo account to Larry and got an email back from Tom giving little to no help in resolving my questions. It was frustrating and disheartening and ultimately not worth my money or time. 'Tom' just gave me the run around answers and I just couldn't keep asking the same thing with nothing in return. I see Larry does incredible work with his dolls and I'm in love with the dedication he puts into them; I just wish the buying process for customers was a better professional, informative and reliable experience.
