I was driving that way, so I stopped to visit the service I was using to ask something. The place was dirty, there was no place to sit while waiting, papers were everywhere, and the phone didn’t ring once. Other workers were standing around talking and laughing, the radio blasting and not one shred of work was being done. I was so appalled, I canceled the service and went to another. You should, too.
