I'm furious. My wife insisted on using this service as it'd been recommended to her by one of her work colleagues. I have no idea why anybody would recommend this company, nothing but poor service all round and no value for money. Will most certainly never be using this company again and have warned my wife in future not to be paying attention to recommendations from people we hardly know.
