I used to think this company was great until I discovered that they are all about the money and won't give their customers the time of day if they have an issue. First of all, they don't provide any way of contacting them besides sending an email. And if they don't want to address your concerns as presented in your email, they will just block you instead of responding. I had an email conversation with a rude girl named ReyAnn who didn't follow through on my concern, so I sent more emails. I still received no follow-up from her. Now when I try to email the company, it says "oops...something went wrong...try again later"...I had to use a different email address in order to get my message to go through. And they still haven't responded. If you decide to order products from this company, whatever you do...DO NOT START A SUBSCRIPTION WITH RECURRING BILLING!
