Their add and website says service in 15 minutes. my call was answered by an operator/deck person at 630am. He said he or the tech would call within 45 to an hr. i recieved a call 75 minutes later from the tech telling me he WAS in my town and wanted me to wait another 45-60 mins. At this point at 815 I called someone who ACUTALLY is 24/7. The desk person called 2 hours later asking about the slimjim service and I was already driving 90 mins before. Horrible service and communication.
