I bought a roll of wallpaper to see if I liked the texture and style of the paper before committing myself to a few more rolls. The paper arrived and was spot on. I bought a few more rolls and then started decorating the room. The paper was awful. It had white marks in several places and I noticed a colour difference and then quick realised I was sent different batch numbers so batch number A was lighter than batch B but was the same design paper and also had lots of white on the edges. I used more than what was needed to finish the wall as I had to remove batch A but then ran short on 2 strips after almost completing the room. When I called for more paper and complained, I got 2 more rolls free. When the paper arrived it was batch A. I called and explained I decorated my room in batch B and was told there was no more paper in batch B. I was refused a refund or exchange and I also had the task of removing all the wallpaper again! I’m furious how this company makes mistakes and does not take responsibility for it. Will never buy from them again.
