Review about Eaton Hotel Hong Kong
I just check out recently on the 29th April and everything is fine until I checked out and ask one of the concierge guy to help me get a taxi and he put my luggages in the car booth. When he put my luggages he tried to squeezed them in the car trunk and smack my hand carry luggage and I heard a crack but I just ignored it and get in the taxi, thought everything was ok until I reached my destination in Hunghom station. My hand carry luggage wheels where ripped ! It's broken because of a careless staff from the Eaton Hotel! I called the hotel right away to let them know and took back the luggage to the hotel for the Assistant Manager named Vincent Wong to see and help me But instead this guy Vincent was not helpful at all and doesn't even know how to calm down an angry guest. He gave me a temporary old suitcase for me to use while he said they will try to fix it. But how can they fix a rip wheel from a shellcase luggage? My whole day was already ruined by missing my meeting, lose the time and the Hotel doesn't even want to compensate my broken luggage. Vincent said they are protecting their staff. But Mr Vincent Wong how about your paying hotel guest?? I don't want any hassle at all! It is my property was broken by your careless staff! Before I left the hotel my luggage is fine! What do you think I would feel?? I talked to you few times over the phone but you kept hanging up on me! Very rude and immature! You don't care about your guest! Where is the Justice here??? Eaton Hotel Hongkong! Your reputation is in your hand with your rude and irresponsible careless staff!
