Review about Star Plus Electrical
An unpleasant experience to say the least. When I rang them up, everything seemed well enough. The lady on the phone sounded competent, and answered my questions with patience and professionalism. The workmen arrived, tended to the issue, and left. After a fortnight, my issue returned, and the situation was worse than before. This time when I contacted their organisation to explain what had happened, I was treated almost with contempt by their office staff. I also learned that they would not repair their mistake unless I paid them a second time. I protested, stating that I actually should receive a refund. They refused. Do not use this company.
