Many online services contract with another company for their products. You order from the online service, they send it to the company and the company mails it out. What you might get might be different from what you thought you’d ordered. When it happened to me, I contacted the service, who contacted their supplier, who contacted me back that they had sent out the right thing. I asked for a refund and was refused. They had done nothing wrong, they said. I will never use this service again.
