Review about Express Insurance
I received a sub standard service. I would go as far as saying this is the worst so called 'professional' service I have ever used. I wasn't happy at all and demanded a refund. Needless to say that was an experience in itself. They tried telling me I wasn't entitled, but sadly for them I know my rights! They then offered a partial refund, don't think so! When they finally agreed to refund the entire amount, it took weeks to get it. I chased it up and contacted them daily, sometimes twice a day. Eventually I got it but I'm certain if I hadn't tortured them I would still be waiting. Shocking way to deal with the public!
