Review about Mr Men Gifts
I ordered some personalised mugs from the above company. I chose them because they were competitively priced and could do next day delivery at no extra cost. 5 days later I hadn't received the items and therefore sent a message to the company asking if they'd been sent yet. I was provided with assurance that they had and to check with neighbours etc. 10 days after having not receiving it I emailed again, and was at this point provided with a photograph of the proof of postage receipt from Royal Mail. Unfortunately from the 'tracking' page on the Royal Mail website it said it had been delivered, despite not receiving the items. I asked if he'd be able to make a claim for the lost items and asked for a refund if they didn't turn up. I was provided with the following response. "No sorry it is not my responsibility to make a claim as the item is marked as delivered it is now between you and royal mail. I have provided you with proof of postage and proof of delivery and due to that fact there is no way i will refund you, as i have fulfilled the order and provided all necessary proof required to prove this." Of course there are often occasions where parcels go missing, but I was unimpressed by the company's unwillingness to help. Although the company's replies have been prompt I was not at all impressed by the unprofessionism. There was no contact number, the emails were not signed off with a name. It was as if I was dealing with a robot. As a small company I would expect them to be more polite and obliging with my concerns. They have generally taken a "it's not my problem" attitude which I do not think is acceptable for a U.K. Company and would not recommend them to anybody.
