This is the company that took 13 weeks to deliver a **** product. When the two wheels we ordered finally arrived, one was riddled with bubbles and the other was a completely different finish!!! We had ordered these wheels to for an event this weekend, so we're pretty upset about the outcome. We spoke with these two men over the phone by the names of Alex and Steve. First, let me just say how incredibly disappointed I am as a customer. The poor tone of voice and outright lack of care for my situation was absurd. This company needs some serious schooling in the realm of customer service. They gave me the option to send the wheels back and be refunded... tempting... however, they are the right shape and size. As far as I'm concerned, the only real issue was the finish! Wouldn't you know, they wanted me to send back the wheels and have them refinished with them (wait even longer and miss my event). I asked if they would cover the cost of having them finished elsewhere, to which I was told "yes we can do that". Now they're saying they're only going to cover $200 of the cost of refinishing the wheels THEY MESSED UP!!! If your looking for quality, looks elsewhere. These guys are crooks.
