Review about Last Minute
Very bad customer support. Or i say the worst customer support. on 7th June,2017, my girlfriend and her friend booked return ticket from Milan to Barcelona from 9th June to 17th June. She mistakenly chose 17th July. And bought the ticket. After 10 min she found, she chose the wrong dates. She called like 100 time to Lastminute customer support +390283901057, +390287367865,+39199241477, and so on... but no answer. The time of booking was 1pm. From 1pm to 6pm only a few time the customer support attend the call. It was around 4pm, she frustated but interestingly bought another ticket from the same company from 9th June to 17th June (Only a woman brain can answer it). She ask them to cancel the first booking. But they refuse it is not possible by them, u need to contact airline. And when she call Airline, they say only the booking company can do that. And very interesting part is the "booking agency: Lastminute.com", they have two bookings of a same person flying from the same plane on 9th June,2017. Something not understandable to me, how a person can fly on 9 50 am on the same date with two bookings from the same plane. For sure this company does not seem to has no vision of customer support and customer protection/exploitation. There vision is just to snatch Money. Yes, i get the more interesting part that why its hard for them to cancel the flight, since it was paid more then 500 euro. I write this review at 0:41am almost 12 hours after the purchase of tickets. Hope it help the future customer.
