we took a video of our car at the drop off point and upon return saw immediate damage and pointed it out using the video and he accepted that it was done during their time but follow up emails and responses - more than poor and i expect nothing will come out of this, be very aware and record your mileage as well as video if you dare use this company

I have my very awful experience from this company dated 23 Sept 2022! BEWARE to all future clients not to book from any of Skylink Group Limited agent's (Ezybook" or "skylinkparking.co.uk) nor direct from this company. Beginning & ending of service is very horrible, they will come more than 1 hour late to collect you car & upon delivery as well! Surprisingly i saw that they consumed my car for almost 72,000 miles! Moreover i found a LOT of DAMAGES in the wheels & body of car. I just hope no more customers will be a victim of this crooked company, as who know they might use your car for some illegal activities. Everyone, please take a heed & don't be one of the dismaying customers.

AVOID**AVOID**AVOID** They will steal your car, drive it 236 miles, damage it, and then refuse to give you their insurance details! I booked through what i believed to be a reputable company affiliated with Gatwick airport - what a mistake. When i arrived i was handed their terms and conditions on a piece of paper. Only once the person had driven off in my car was i able to read it, but it was too late. Their ‘T&C’s’ are littered with spelling mistakes, and basically every single clause means that they are pretty much allowed to do what they want with your car and are not liable for anything. Having read this, I called them within 5 minutes and told them I did not accept their terms and conditions and to bring my car back immediately. I was told it would be brought back to level 5 in carpark 6. Upon my return from holiday 5 days later my car was missing. I called them and within 20 minutes it was returned. I asked them why it had been taken in the first place but was ignored. The car was damaged – dents and scratches on the front bumper and the back bumper was completely cracked. The car had also been driven 236 miles! I called the police and let them know that technically the car had been taken without my consent and complained to the company. To this day, they have still not responded and are refusing to give me their insurance details so I have no way of reporting it or trying to claim back for the damages. They are operating a completely illegal outfit. PLEASE AVOID AND IF YOU’VE SUFFERED THE SAME TREATMENT CONSIDER TAKING THEM TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT LIKE I AM DOING CURRENTLY.

If I could give zero stars then I would. This was by far THE WORST service I have ever received, hands down. Nothing else even comes close. They were an hour late in picking the car up, even though we gave them ore than the required notice. Then, what they don't advise is that they meet you in the Gatwick multi-storey car park AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THE TIME SPENT THERE WHEN DROPPING OFF AND COLLECTING YOUR CAR! If this was blatantly advertised then people would realise it's probably cheaper (and easier) to just park at Gatwick. When we came home from our holiday. I called them with an hour's notice. We arrived at the collection point only to find more than 10 other couples/families waiting for their cars. (One of the drivers had crashed another families car so they were speaking to police and insurance companies at the same time.). After waiting another hour I was told my car would be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I called back and was told another 15 mins. After 15 mins I called back and was told that they cant find my keys. After 15 minutes I called back and was told it would be 15 mins. After 15 mins I called back and they stopped answering my calls. I used someone else's phone and they said it would be 15 mins. In total I waited around 4 hours at Gatwick (from around Midnight to 4am) before I decided to check the North Terminal. I drove there from the South and found my car dumped there wit the keys on the tyre. I was promised a discount but they don't respond to emails or phone calls. I will never use this service again and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid this at all costs. Pay for the airport parking. It may be a little bit more expensive but ultimately a lot less painful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Used Skylink for our holiday parking at Gatwickbthis year. Came back from hols at 1am (so a bit tired) and phoned Skylink to bring our car. Told it would be twenty mins. After an hour we phoned and they said our car was 7/8 mins away. After another half hour passes we phone again. We were told 4 minutes away and they slammed phone down on us. Finally arrived after two hours (now 3am). Driver didn’t care and pretended he didn’t speak English. Never use this company!

Save yourself hassle, DO NOT USE!! Hold your vehicle ransom, abuse, intimidate abuse your vehicle use fuel, rifle through your car helping themselves to contents NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!

Shocking service. Unprofessional, Dangerous. Abuse of trust. In June 2022, we had booked the meet and greet service for parking with Skylink at Gatwick airport. From start to finish this DID NOT meet our expectations. They didn't answer the phone for our arrival at the airport, adding stress to any confidence they would collect our car. When they finally did arrive (45 minutes after we had arrived in the designated collection short stay car park) we left our keys and electric car in their 'care'. Electric cars have built in tracking. To summarise - they drove our car on three separate occasions at 102 MPH, 90 MPH, 76 MPH during our holiday. Our car was parked in a hotel car park during most of our holiday, before being moved to a car tyre facility - I had expected a secure parking compound. They clocked up nearly 50 miles on our car despite it being parked less than 3 miles from the airport. I have complained about this service, they have dismissed our concerns. There are so many things wrong with this service, they should not be operating and you should definitely not use them. Please help me publicise this poor practice and get them put out of business.

Scam. Late. Unprofessional. These are all understatements and do not begin to explain this company. Absolutely awful customer service. Despite having called as instructed, I was made to wait more than an hour to drop the vehicle and over 2 hours to have my vehicle returned. I was told that they would be 30 mins away, 10-15 mins away, and 20-25 mins away at various points. To make it worse, they tried to charge me an extra bogus amount to return my vehicle, which they were unable to justify from the terms and conditions and could not provide a receipt! They threatened to not deliver my vehicle until I had paid. Despite waiting for more than 2 hours, the person I spoke to told me that he was busy eating and would consider whether to send my vehicle after he finished his meal!
