Where do I start! Called to book a holiday with travelate or 321 travel agreed of a price of £1113 and put booking through! The next day I received a phonecall to say they didn't finish my booking so will book again, same place but could only find different flights but was informed same holiday so I booked it, the next day I checked my bank to find the had taken out £1535 had been taken out! I called to explain that I wasn't happy and was told that I was told on the phone there may be charges to which they added £16 pp for the flight £53 for using credit card, when I was on the phone I was informed that before I made pay,net that it was a total of £1253 ! How can u sell a holiday for that price then when they pay add on what the ***** they want? Disgrace worst travel experience of my life do not use them, little do they know my best friend works for trading standards and have a good case against them, they also failed data protection by sharing my phonecall to someone else, I have read so many reviews of the same problem by the same company, robbing no good travel agent
