After being fleeced by this lot, I'd be lucky to have enough left over for the Italian take-away. With the pounds I spend I should at least expect a detailed explanation. That does not seem to be the case. After spending time phoning their customer service, and requesting to speak with someone in the managerial capacity, I was finally transferred to some cheeky lass who was unable to resolve the situation. Work not completed to my satisfaction, and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Let us all agree that we are lucky to be their customers. We really needed something that is this reliable and appreciates our loyalty. If you don’t believe me, keep using their service and you will get to trust them.
