After being fleeced by this lot, I'd be lucky to have enough left over for the Italian take-away. With the pounds I spend I should at least expect a detailed explanation. That does not seem to be the case. After spending time phoning their customer service, and requesting to speak with someone in the managerial capacity, I was finally transferred to some cheeky lass who was unable to resolve the situation. Work not completed to my satisfaction, and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
