I wrote a poor review due to my son not receiving the gift he purchased for me. Part of my review was fuelled by other reviews and an upset son at Christmas. The gift didn’t turn up on time but once my son made contact they did call him straight away and actually upgraded the watch with a spare strap as well. It didn’t reach us as promised but I feel confident now that was out of their control and in the hands of Royal Mail. I am thrilled with my gift. I felt I needed to rectify my previous review as it was done in haste and fear of what I believed to be a scam at the time. Apologies And thank you for rectifying and responding so quickly to the issue.
