30 minutes on hold, really? This is what service is to this company, now? No wait music, no indication that anyone was coming back, no mention that I was getting helped, nothing. Just dead silence. Silence is not customer service, it’s ignoring people, and I was really ignored. I gave up after a while, this service is just terrible.

The level of unprofessionalism is outrageous! I am completely flabbergasted at the way they treat their customers!
