Give them a chance
So we had a miscommunication regarding my order and I called them angry and frustrated. I was so mad I was shaking but they were so cool and calm and understanding. I felt embarrassed for screaming at them on phone, especially when I realized I was at fault. They were so nice to me, I apologized so many times. Finally, I got my order right. I think anyone should use their service, but hey, don’t be too harsh.

Unprofessional
The level of unprofessionalism is outrageous! I am completely flabbergasted at the way they treat their customers!

Appalling treatment
How do you have a manager who doesn’t know how to solve a problem? Manager was unable to help me resolve my issue and I'm not sure I believe he was really the manager. The employee and the manager were acting really weird. I'm going to take my business elsewhere if this is how people are treated.
