Review about Gravel Master
Ordered 15th June. Needed 2 weeks notice for delivery but understood due to COVID. Taken today off work but nothing has arrived. I have emailed (as there is no point ringing) got some sob story email back about been patient. Well I think two week to deliver 10 miles is patients enough. God knows when my order will arrive but if it does I suppose like others on here I will just be grateful. They could just contact you and tell you they are not able to deliver but they must take pleasure in having you waiting around. Trying to blame COVID for poor customer service is an insult to a front line key worker. Trust meter should check the email address of positive reviews as I, like others on here don't belive them. It is NOT too much to ask for goods you have paid for to arrive on time and this is just not good enough. If they spent nearly as much time on their customer care as they do appealing negative reviews on here they may get better reviews. AVOID LIKE A COUGH IN A LIFT. EditDelete Share
