Placed an order for a bag of MOT on 11th April but due to unforseen circumstances this was no longer required - I tried calling to cancel the order on 16th April, was advised the phones aren't being answered, email instead. Emailed as instructed... Ignored. Subsequently emailed and emailed... Still ignored. Unacceptable.
Impossible to get a human response, can't get anybody on the phone, email only possibility, and the emails are ignored. Coronavirus is not a good excuse for terrible customer service, if you can't cope then stop taking new orders! This order will end up being delivered in the coming days despite every effort I have made to cancel the order, which is a complete waste of everybody's time, and the preventable environmental impact. I would avoid this company as they do not care once they have your money!
Update 23 April: Another email sent to Customer Services and sales yesterday, still no response. Funny how sales reply within 10 mins of initial enquiry but once they have your money... They go absent... PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER AND LET ME KNOW!
Update 24 April - day 8 of trying to cancel, which ironically should have been delivered by now. Still zero communication from the company.
Update 27 April - following posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram over the weekend, we got a brief reply on Insta saying they would look into it. Then nothing else since. I have phoned up the courier directly and asked them to not deliver the consignment. Embarrassing. 11 days since my initial request for cancellation! Anybody there?!!
Funny how I have had no email response but my Trustpilot comment was reported within 30 mins of posting! But still no effort made to address my concern!
Update 29 April - I have had one more automated email confirming delivery will be with me tomorrow. Nobody at Gravelmaster reads their emails, impossible to contact (unless you post a negative review on TrustPilot, then you get reported immediately). I am looking at my options regarding this SCAM company.
Update 30 April - emailed customer services and sales once more issuing notice that I want a refund in full... Today marks the 14th day of trying to cancel my order! Hopeless.
