I placed 3 orders with just fashions now, a total of over $600 USD, With the 2 orders that arrived (over one month late) The items were much too small even though I ordered 2 sizes up keeping in mind the size difference according to their size chart. The clothes is very cheap quality. The 2nd order was much to big, again very poor quality. The third order never arrived. I emailed customers care expressing my disappointment and for return labels. They replied by giving me instructions to download return labels that didn't work. I was unable to get the labels. After several emails of going back and forth and requesting my money back which they didn't honor I contacted PayPal and my bank requesting an investigation into my issue. Both institutions investigated my case and refunded my money. I also filed a formal complaint to have their business practice looked into. So, my advice is to stay away...far away from JustFashionNow. Be smart and buy American.
