I purchased two items from the website. The products came after 1 month and were not the correct size. I reached out to their support to ask for a refund. At first they told me that they can provide a 15% refund for the wrong size. I told them I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth a few times, they told me I can get a 50% refund and I can keep the items. I insisted on a full refund. They finally agreed to a full refund and sent me a shipping label that was not paid. They told me in order to receive a full refund I need to return the items and pay for the shipping back. I then went into my account to share my experience with other users, but the website does not allow me to write a review. That being said, all of their reviews have to be made up if a paying customer cannot leave a review on their website. They have a terrible rating on BBB and other websites online — most consider them a scam website, which they are. I wish I did some research into them before I made the purchase. Avoid them at all cost.

The images on this website and description of what you are buying are completely inaccurate. However returning them will cost you as much as a dress as they have to be shipped back to China. I thought I was buying beautiful Linen tie dyed T shirt dresses, but I received two cheap, unfinished, oversized, striped polyester dresses. The website offered me a 15% discount to get it altered ( that’s £3.20). To send them back to China would have been £16.99. I then found the identical dress on eBay for £6.99. At least on eBay the description was correct, and they stated it was polyester unlike justfashion now. Don’t be fleeced, they are all about getting your money, not about customer satisfaction.

I was appalled by this service. The product I received was very poor quality & not how it looked online. Therefore I wished to return it and was frustrated by the return service. Firstly, I had to email to confirm I could return and was actively discouraged not to as an 'international return might result in a long waiting time' (Guangzhou in China) and incur substantial cost on my side. I persisted and then have not received reimbursement from the product as they claimed they have not received it. This was months ago. I note that many customers have experienced similar things and wanted to warn customers not to follow the same mistake I have.

This dress and the print was even more beautiful in person. I bought the blue one. I went with a Medium it fit perfectly with plenty of room for my belly. I wore it with flat sandals to the baby shower and received lots of compliments.

Ordering overseas through justfashionnow is just as easy as ordering online from say Newegg or Amazon... I also appreciate very much that they withhold payment to the seller until the merchandise is delivered and in satisfactory condition. Very nice.

I used to see advertisement for this website everyday on Facebook. I couldn't believe the prices I've seen "but" I was very skeptical. My friend at work had a pair of the Jordan 6's and I asked where he got his retros from and he told me about the site I was skeptical about. I'd rather pay $70 bucks or less for replicas that are 100% exact as the "real" ones. Honestly, you "really" can't tell the difference. I've purchased 2 pair of Jordan's, a few fitted caps (less than $10) and other things. The prices are amazing and the service is great. Will be ordering from this site FOREVER!

The item I bought was being shipped from China. I was worried that it would never get to me and that I would lose my money. However, the product arrived much sooner than predicted and was in perfect condition. I paid much less for it than if I had bought it locally.

If you would rather spend less money and wait a little longer to receive your items, justfashionnow is perfect. The sorting and searching features could be better, but dh had helped me start a business with low prices and bulk ordering. Also the escrow system is sweet. I wish I got better coupons, though.

When they came I was so excited, but then I opened the bag and I found this horrible imitations, not the same colour, not the same material, it’s was extremely light and poor quality. It’s like those Chinese shoes shops that you find in Spain and buy some cheap 3€ sandals. That’s what it’s worth IF SO. NOT £23!!!! Then they have the guts to tell me customers have different expectations of the items, are they joking?? Are we all seeing different pictures of the same product? And then they say you have to pay for return even tho they literally just SCAMMED you.
HORRIBLE. I’ll add a picture of what they advertise and what I’ve got.

i love the bargains. love that items sent from China are at my door in 4 days and traceable and not 30+ days without tracking as that is usually the way its done. i love that it offers similar items to my searches and recognizes things i might be interested in. i dont like that my ordered items appear in every menu title to either leave reviews or read messages or checking status i feel its repeated in a way. i would love AUD currency displayed under the items international cost rather than making a dummy order to work out the cost.

I was sketched out at first because most sites like justfashionnow with low low prices for cute trendy clothing are awfully cheap and take months to ship. Not the case with justfashionnow fortunately for me. It probably took 8-10 days for it to get to my house which I was SUPER shocked. So, 5 stars for delivery. I ordered 4 dresses for about $52, so 5 stars for pricing as well. All my dresses arrived looking brand new and clean. They all even FIT well, the only problem I have is that I need to hem a couple of them because I'm short and prefer my dresses mid thigh length. So, not a big deal! 5 stars for clothing design. You do get what you pay for, but I feel like I got a little more. I'm gonna get my whole wardrobe here because of the inexpensive pricing, because obviously I am broke but I love cute clothing.

The price was simply amazing for a jacket of such quality. It was shipped out fast and upon receiving it, I was once again content with the value this site offers. Even at discount prices, all the sizes I needed were in stock where they're are usually out of stock elsewhere. This is a great site if you want to fill up your wardrobe without digging too deep into your pockets.

It's not perfect, of course. Some items are really just junk but it's so cheap it's like a scratch off maybe it'll be good maybe not lol. Most of the time the things I order are great and come early. For a while though my items just never showed up and Justfashionnow support always refunded everything no problem ever

This website has some unusual and vintage clothes but they are not sized for Americans. They are small; make sure you use the sizing chart and still order a size larger than it says. Refunds and exchanges are handled amiably but take some time

Ordered a 20$ dress then read the reviews. Ya I was scared my order would never come, came today. Was thinking by reading the reviews that it would be too small but was pleasantly surprised. It fits perfectly I love it. My only complaint would be that there is no washing instructions. I felt I had to leave my positive review after reading all the negative ones.

I saw many beautiful and cheap clothes on the website, and I bought some, but the problem was that I had to wait too long for my things to come here, and the reponsibles wanted to see my credit card so I wasnt sure so I canceled, and now had my money back, but I still hope to buy more from the site if they change their policy, I think an ID card would be enough to identify the custumor and not a photo of the credit card.

Found the justfashionnow site through a google advertisement. Glad I did. I love the clothing and everything is so affordable. I bought a shirt for my sister and she just loved it. Have to order a little bit of a bigger size cause they seem to be made smaller but that's not a problem

I took a chance and ordered two items from this website: a swim dress and a corset. Both arrived in a little over a week, which shocked me. I thought it would take a little longer and assumed the products shipped from China. Both items fit perfectly and were actually a really high quality. The swim dress fit, was lined and not thin, had padded cups and was cute and unique. I'd compare it to the same quality you would find at Target. The corset was exactly what I wanted for a costume I am working on. It fit great, high quality, and nice fabric. My only advice is to make sure you follow the size charts on each and every product - they're not all the same. Follow the charts and you get things that fit.

So far so great! I love the shorts I have gotten from JN. I don't agree with the negative reviews, some of the dresses I bought actually look much more than their cost. JN literally has every clothing styles and fashion you could think of, I have ordered again and plan on ordering more in the future. I was so bummed when I read these reviews shortly after placing my order. To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience. I placed my order and immediately got an order confirmation. The following week I got a shipping confirmation and my credit card was charged. Less than a week later, I received my order via DHL. I ordered a size up after reading that the tops run small. Yes, it is a thin material, but what I would expect for what I paid. Will use again! Hopefully the bad reviews were just a new business working out the kinks.

You can get so many good things and often also with discounts. The quality was always good so far so it's worth the money. The pictures are usually quite realistic but you need to watch carefully which size you want. The website is beautiful and easy to handle, I think. What a beautiful dress for my flower girls!! I ordered 2 in ivory with the clover green sash. The dresses are fully lined with a hidden zipper. The sash is sewn on the dress around the waist but they also sent a second one which you can use to make the bow in the picture. The dress came heavier than I expected it to be but it looks so light and summery! They have to be shortened of course but I can do that myself. I am very very pleased with the quality and the service and I will recommend this site to all my friends and family.

I ordered larger size purposely even after using their size guide. Still didn't work. Color was off. One item was soooo long. All of it was to small in the bust for me. I asked to return and was told it cost to much to return and they offered me to keep the items and they would refund 15%. When I protested they increased the amount to 20%. I asked for at least 50% but was ignored. Never again will I trust or order from any overseas sites. Lesson learned. Just threw $80.00 away. Wish I would have used my credit card and not Paypal.

The staff here are amazing. They are not pushy and trying to sell you stuff but instead concerned about helping you find your style and pick something that is flattering for your body type. STAY WELL Clear of this Chinese Clothing company!!!. Every time I read a descent review –the terribly poor English and poor spelling I could scream!! It is quite evident that they are writing good reviews for themselves and it sickens me to think another unsuspecting customer might be taken in but it! That is why I will continue with my plight to ***** these creatures!!. The Items are not at all as you see on the website – EVERYTHING is WRONG, the quality, the sizing, the colour !! and then when you request a return you are ignored! At first you simply keep receiving automatic email replies promising to contact you, then after a few weeks if you continue to persist you will be offered a “fraction” 15% and then 25% of your money back ‘to avoid hassle’? Then if you continue for another few weeks to insist on a Refund after a further few weeks you may be sent a shipping label for an address in China where you will spend yet more money on shipping costs and then you will spend the rest of your life trying to contact them for the promised refund!!!! Please BE WARNED – Don’t fall for it like I did!

I had one my worst retail online experiences with this site, ever. I had to reverse the charges through my credit card fraud department, as the company's customer service is apparently nonexistant. Oh yes, they charge your credit card immediately but do not so much as send a confirmation! 10 days later the site showed my order as "processing". If you look at various review sites, you'll see JFN is listed as a "scam" and rated "avoid" so don't go there. Happily I got my money back and so my story has a happy ending.

Ordered two items recently, both supposedly in linen, but one turned out to be in polyester, and one in cotton and polyester. Colour and design nothing like what was advertised, and delivery times also turned out to be a work of fiction. When I emailed about some of these issues, the replies bore no relationship to what I had written! I have reluctantly decided not to even attempt to return these items, as from what has gone on, it would seem highly unlikely that I will ever get a refund. I've therefore decided to chalk it up to experience!

Items not delivered as detailed on the pictures, supposedly items "on sale" to give you the impression of expensive high-quality items, but you receive (as I sadly expected) a low-quality china product - while the material itself was okayish, the buttons of the coat were very badly fixed to the coat, they didn't look like on the pictures, the size information which is given on the website was erroneous (I ordered two sizes larger than normal and it was still too small), the pockets were of low quality and overall not what you expect for a supposedly 110 Euro coat.

I placed 3 orders with just fashions now, a total of over $600 USD, With the 2 orders that arrived (over one month late) The items were much too small even though I ordered 2 sizes up keeping in mind the size difference according to their size chart. The clothes is very cheap quality. The 2nd order was much to big, again very poor quality. The third order never arrived. I emailed customers care expressing my disappointment and for return labels. They replied by giving me instructions to download return labels that didn't work. I was unable to get the labels. After several emails of going back and forth and requesting my money back which they didn't honor I contacted PayPal and my bank requesting an investigation into my issue. Both institutions investigated my case and refunded my money. I also filed a formal complaint to have their business practice looked into. So, my advice is to stay away...far away from JustFashionNow. Be smart and buy American.

Definitely one of my favorite online stores. A full selection of fashionable clothes at great prices. Clothes are great quality, they do not differ from other, much more expensive clothes. Clothes look the same as on the side, the same dimensions are adequate. Shipping is also a plus, fast and without any problems.

I had been looking for an online store with good prices and quality. I was referred to this page thanks to a friend. I bought a Printed Vintage Cold Shoulder Long Sleeve T-Shirts and I am pleased with the purchase, the model is the one in the photo. There are no details in the stitching and in the cut and it looks very good on the body. Everything was very fast, I recommend it.

a few months ago i ordered a few items from justfashionnow, to receive a torn sweater. emailing back and forth with an unprofessional representative for justfashionnow is haggling for me to pay out of pocket for the torn item. justfashionnow does not treat NEW customers properly. the representative had the audacity to send an offer for 15%, 20%, and/or 30% off of merchandise. For as much money as this company makes, I am sadly disappointed that they would not replace the item with my numerous request.

Even though it took a while for my order to arrive, a month or so, all the items were there and they all looked nice and had a good quality. Beware. This company will send you poor quality, defective items, and will try to get you to keep items by promising a partial refund. If you can provide a partial refund, you can provide a return shipping label to return the defective products and refund the consumer their full purchase price minus the shipping incurred to send item to buyer initially.

I've recently bought a leopard print midi skirt and a white sweater from JustFashionNow. It was the first time I was ordering from this website. My experience was good. The ordered arrived in about 3 weeks via standard shipping and the items looked just like the pictures. Also the size was perfect, but I looked very carefully at the measurements when I've made the order, so that I won't have an unpleasant surprise. I was looking for a green lace top (to potentially wear next St. Patrick's Day, so I wasn't in a hurry, and didn't mind waiting on shipping). The picture looked great. I knew I was ordering from China, so in spite of their size chart suggesting I wear a medium, I went ahead and ordered a large (I'm 5'7" 150lbs, 36-27-36 for reference).
I never got an email letting me know it had shipped, but when I emailed customer service a couple weeks after I placed my order, they did provide tracking. I ordered on November 4 and received the item on November 27, so not outside what I expected based on the info on the site.
Upon opening the package, I noticed that the lace was unfinished at the edges and the lining was very sheer (unlike the picture). I tried it on, or rather I tried to try it on. What a joke! I doubt it would fit my 11 year old daughter. I measured it with my fabric tape measure and the bust was 28 inches, the waist was 24 inches. The sleeves were only 18.5 inches, and total garment length was only 20 inches (the lace itself being 3 inches shorter than that). A child's "large" perhaps (maybe not even that!), but certainly not a woman's large.
Since you have to send it back to China, at your own expense, and I (fortunately) only paid $20 total for the item, into the garbage it went.
Lesson learned. Never buy from a site without checking their reviews first. I feel like I got away pretty easy considering. Never again will I order from them!

I ordered and paid for my 6 dresses on September 17, 2018, and still didn't get all of them. One is still on the way and TODAY IS NOVEMBER 23!!! They are sending items one by one. When it arrived I was a real shock. NOTHING like on the picture - it looked like the fabric was substantial, but when it arrived, it was this very thin, shaded skimpy polyester instead of chiffon. ALL dresses have wrong size labels - the bust measurement actually is smaller or bigger, so I can't wear it. Not mention the fabric quality. One dress suppose to be chiffon, but it's almost 2 pounds, heavy! They are ignoring my response to their request to send photos. I sent all photos for each dress and they said buyer is responsible for return. Ones they offered me 15% DISCOUNT FOR ALTERATION!!! The buyer should get a free shipping label if something is wrong with the item, but they DODN'T WANT TO ADMIT IT!!! Do not buy from this company!!! What you see is not what you get and what you get is non returnable, even though they say it is. SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a dress that I saw on the website on July 23, 2018. the dress cost $21.00, I paid an extra $12.99 to have it expressed mailed because I wanted to take it on vacation. After a week of no dress I tried to contact the company only to find out that you cannot speak to anyone and contact must be through email. So I did and was replied with an apology and that they could send my dress express delivery with no charge. I replied stated that I had already paid for express delivery and that the $12.99 should be refunded. Well, I did not hear from them again until 3weeks later I received an email from the delivery company stating the dress will be delivered in a few days after that email. When the package finally arrived I was horrified to see the dress. It was not finished made and the quality of the material was very poor. The dress looked nothing like the one I saw on the website. I therefore contacted them via email again stating my disappointment and that I wish to return the dress and be refunded my money. It took 1week for me to get a response stating they will email me a website to retrieve a return label. I received the email with the website a few days after that. When I printed out the label I noticed that it stated that I will have to pay the return fee. I packaged the dress and took it to my local post office to ship. The cashier at the post office informed me that it would cost $23.00 to return the item to China. What a disaster. I paid $21.00 for the dress, $12.99 for express mail which totaled $34 and now shipping is $23 which is more than the dress cost. I of course did not return it. I have been showing it to everyone and will put it on social media to stay away from Just fashion now. You need to shut this online shopping site down.

Finally received my dress despite paying half the cost of the dress again for the quickest delivery ( had to wait three weeks!!) the dress is the most appalling quality and the fit was terrible, their sizing is totally wrong.
It had also been sent with someone’s lipstick all over the collar area.
Returning it has been a nightmare in fact I have given and waved goodbye to £35.....I will never use this company again.
I shop on line for most clothes and have never had such a negative and disappointing experience, I feel like I have been deliberating ripped off from the false advertising and descriptions of products to the impossible returns process.

Never received package. When I emailed to cancel and ask for a refund, they sent the product eight days later. It was undeliverable and retuned to the California shipping center.. They say it was delivered. I live in FL.
Two months later and I'm still battling for a refund. Now they claim they cannot pay for international shipping to have the item returned so it will be destroyed and they cannot issue a refund.
This entire operation was unusual and unprofessional.
You may or may not get your products.. clearly from the reviews, probably not.

I don’t even know where to begin. This company SUCKS! It took forever to get my dress. It was 3 sizes too small even though I correctly measured as suggested. It was not the color I ordered. I have been attempting to contact them for almost 2 weeks for a refund and have gotten no reply. They are an unethical company with illegal practices. I am beyond frustrated and just wish I had read the reviews first!

firstly I ordered these two months before my vacation. They arrived after I left. 😭 next I opened them and the soles are different on each shoe. one tred goes up and on the other shoe it goes down One of the shoes was scuffed up. I have tried numerous times to get them to send me a return label and a refund. As, this is not my fault. I feel I should not have to pay to ship them back. This is their fault not mine. Ordered two dresses from JustNowFashion. One was actually quite nice, but the other was severely disappointing. Way too short, and the material was terrible. Had to pay close to $15 for return shipping. It makes sending it back almost not worth it. To be fair, they have disclosed this in their PDS. Still, not the best experience. Read reviews before buying.

I ordered leather sandals, they arrived two months after I ordered, were NOT leather and too small. Totally cheap! I should’ve known it was too good to be true. I tried to contact them no response. Called my credit card company to dispute the transaction after I learned from their website that returns must be sent to China, which will cost more than the shoes. Stick with reputable companies that offer free returns and exchanges.

I recently visited www.justfashionnow.com website after few months gap. My friend told me few days back that there are some offers and discounts going on for some super worth items and I didn't pay attention well at that time thinking that nothing might be special.
However, as per my recent visit there I figured out that there are three different offers going one beside usual 20% to 50% discounts on various items. The other three offers are, Emojiday offer, Boutique Accessories and Clearance sale up to 90% discount.
Don't you believe us? Try it and you would agree it. The process for online shopping remain the same with this site as it is reliable to go with.

I just received a dress yesterday and it was cheap and unwearable, nothing like advertised. They make it very difficult and expensive to return. To make it worse, they actually have people posting fake positive reviews!! When my shoes eventually arrived after several weeks and numerous emails; they were ODD! One has the bow on the front as advertised, the other does not!
Surprise surprise, they are not responding to my emails again.

My order took a month to arrive. Did not look exactly like the picture and it was ill fitting. I immediately asked for a refund via email 6/20. And after several follow-up emails, I finally got a response 7/5. Turns out you pay the shipping fee to CHINA the cost of which is almost the same price I paid for the dress. I will testify to all the negative reviews. It is all true - for real. Do not buy from this company. I have wasted too much money for you to go thru the same thing as I and many others have gone thru .Clothes are way smaller. My wife is a medium and I bought her XL size and it was still too small. I ordered 21 items and paid for expedited shipping 7-10 days and 20+ days later I have only rec'd 1 items which was too small. I have not rec'd a single pair of shoes and I am terribly afraid that if I ever receive a pair of those shoes they will also be too small. I will I had known that this company was from China, I would have never ordered from them. They are unresponsive once they have your money wit terrible customer service.

I don't post to sites but was going to order and saw the reviews so I checked out the site closer. They have a contract on their site that states they have the right to send you what you ordered. They don't warranty their product and if there's something wrong it's not their responsibility. I was appalled. I'm a contract writer and did some research. I obtained their trademark through the United States Patent Request Office and found the actual company address and e-mail. I hope this info helps someone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I never ever write reviews but i felt compelled to warn others. It’s been over a month I ordered 4 pairs of shoes before I read the reviews. I only received one pair so far and I swear to ***** the shoes are made out of styrofoam. The quality is awful, I thought the sides of the shoes were going to tear as I put them on. And I went to go leave a comment under their Instagram posts and they disabled comments so what does that tell you!! Biggest waste of my money. This company is a fraud. The shoes I received should be priced at 99 cents if that. Disgusted.

WARNING!! Do not purchase from this company. Extremely cheap quality items. Items smell horrible. Terrible material used. Very different from photos. I requested return online before 15 day return period. They never contacted me back. Tried again. Never contacted me back. No return address given on packing slip or online. No phone number to call them. Emailed them several times to get return address. Finally contacted me after the 15 days return period. They told me return policy is before 15 days. You can't return now. Went back and forth with emails and showed them proof of my contact before 15 days. Still will not give me return address. Also, the order took over a month to be delivered. They are doing same thing to other customers. Read reviews and comments on google. SCAM COMPANY!! FROM CHINA!!

Deeply disappointed at the loss of hard earned funds. Items recieved 3 weeks and only after chasing and sizes are tiny not suitable for most of the world population😈. They should get their cummupence!! Still waiting for a refund.

BUYERS BEWARE.....THIS IS A LOUSEY COMPANY to deal with. AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP. THEY DON'T STAND BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. THE PHOTOS LOOK GOOD. BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE NO. Out of total frustration, I'm posting this. I bought a sweater from this company and it's is trash. Upon unpacking I noticed that it was falling apart. Its literally unraveling on one sleeve. So I emailed the company a photo and asked to return and get a full refund. Five days later and many, many back and forth email messages....they REFUSED to refund me my money. They suggested that I take it to a tailor to get it repaired. They said it was damaged in shipping so they can't refund me my money, but can offer me 25% off of my next purchase.. They take no ownership that the product was shipped to me damaged and that it is of low quality and faulty. If you buy from this company, know your taking a risk. And if you want your money back, they will only keep sending you their default response about offering to give me a 25% off your next purchase. I'm happy to share the image of the cheap sweater with anyone if you want to see what I got.

Unacceptable experience with this company. Totally untrustworthy, makes your customers an idiot. I sent a lot of emails and they do not return, my stuffs have disappeared and they do not even respond to the email. A negligent, anti-ethical, immoral and absolutely poor company in every aspect, from the mediocre site with no decent information about the shipment to the attendants who do not even contact you or they give you any vague answer just to state that they answered. I'm gonna sue you!

Just Fashion Now. Nothing GOOD I can say, unfortunately. After waiting over a month for my item to be delivered--order was placed on November 18, 2017--and after inquiring about its status on December 9 (still not delivered) I was told my order "may be delayed" and would be shipped out from the warehouse in 4-6 days. It was not. On Jan 1, (still no delivery) I sent an email informing JFN that I was cancelling my order and requested a refund. The day after I sent this email, jFN informed me my shipment had been sent out on Dec. 13 and I would receive it in 10-20 business days. I never received any notifications prior to this date informing me of the shipment. The item--a quilted coat-- was too small even though it was XL. Many customers-- besides myself--have waited a very long time for the delivery of their items-- and when they FINALLY arrive--they are further disappointed that the clothes do not fit, or they are poor quality. Some items look quite different from the photos. Some customers have spent quite a bit of money on orders, because the clothes are so affordable, and still have NOT received them ! In addition, their efforts to contact representatives at JFN have not always been successful. Many have experience no response to their emails (some complaints are featured at repdigger.com) I personally am very disappointed with my shopping experience with Just Fashion Now.

I ordered a 2-piece chiffon dress that comes with a long outer jacket. The package took one month to arrive; when I inquired about the order three weeks in, I was sent a tracking number that took me to a blank page with some Chinese characters at the top. Upon further inquiry, I did get a personal email indicating the dress was on its way.
And so it was, since it eventually arrived. As other reviewers note, the workmanship is truly shoddy. The dress, while made of very flimsy material, is pretty true to the image and description online. The outer jacket, though, comes with raw, unfinished selvages on both the sleeves and on the whole outer edge of the garment. Where a fold should be for a turned in hem are, instead, two raw, already fraying fabric edges. No overlock stitching, nothing.
In addition, the 3/4 sleeves are too short, ending exactly in the crook of one's arm. Uncomfortable.

I purchased an H-line Plain Long Sleeve Linen Plus Size Dress and ordered XXL. It eventually arrived after waiting weeks and I have never been so disappointed in a purchase before as I was with this .
No way was it XXL - it was more a size (UK) 8 or 10. It also smelt horrible .
I contacted the company to send it back and found out that to return it would be at my expense.
I would never buy from this company again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it ... because it smelt I put it in the bin as I didn't want it in the house.

Justfashionnow is a very good place to find fashionable clothes online. Their clothes are very trendy and have great fit, The prices are quite reasonable, and they often offer promotions.
Customer service is nice. though I haven't had any problems with the site.

Ordered a summer dress for my wife. Living in Houston our summers run long and hot. A dress that should have been here in October has yet to arrive mid November. Now the cool weather is here now what. Just Fashion Now only communicates via email. No number to voice any concerns. The email replies direct you to.a China shipper that update.if you are.like one a.week. Spoke with Discover and they will fill for.Fraud.on Monday day. Good thing I will not be out money and hopefully they close them down.

Took weeks to arrive and the dress was so poor quality I thought it was somethjng else. The fit was way out, I had ordered a larger size to wear layers beneath and it was still too small and looked ridiculous. The material was wafer thin and the advert photo gives a totally different impression of the garment. The returns procedure is unbelievably complicated and confusing so I don't hold out much hope of getting a refund.

Bought three dresses because looked so pretty
One fit perfectly. One wasn't sewn right so didn't sit properly on one side to have to pay for a return that wasn't my fault is ridiculous Sent second dress back with messed up one and had to pay $22.75 for postage. That's crazy. Won't be ordering from them again.
My third dress came much later and they sent message saying keep waiting as it will come
I await my refund. Wonder how long that will take !! Horrible customer service Is s a mistake to order from this company. Too costly a chance to take !!!!

I ordered a dress 6 wks ago and was told it would take up to 10 days delivery. I've not received the dress and there is no way of finding out where it is. The number I was given to track my order is not right. These people are thieves and surely there must be a way to stop them robbing people. I'm only glad I'd ordered 1 item but even so, as someone who is on sickness benefit due to cancer I can't afford to be robbed.shame on them.

Item was not as decribed !! They said ONE SIZE which I took to mean one size fits all. Did not know I was getting this item from CHINA !! Sure it probably fits Chinese teenage girls !! Tried to return it and they said I would have to pay return shipping plus any international fees. After all that the cost would be more than the item cost. Plus they would not give me the return address. I wrote and told them I needed the shipping label but no response. TOTAL RIP OFF !! DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM !! This company needs to be sued !!

When you request for the return, they tell you it will take a long time and cost a lot so they offer 15% refund or 20% off another purchase . But after receiving the item you would never want I buy anything again. Then they say if you don’t respond in 7 days they will not give you anything nor can you return. Yet they do not respond to you right away nor acknowledge your response

In short they are refusing to accept refunds (same email as below reviews) and won't give me the return address. I told them a friend is going to China next week and can send it locally so it will arrive within their 15 day restriction which is a ridiculous timeframe. I wrote back another email that they are deliberately sabotaging my returns so I won't reach the 15 day deadline by not giving me the return address and still no response. I wish I never bought from this website. I will try contacting PayPal and my credit card company to see if there is anything they can do and claim this as a fraud transaction.

I ordered a dress in XXL the largest size it comes in. It arrived WEEKS later from CHINA & the dress is probably a MEDIUM size at best! It's tiny. When I wrote them to return it saying it's DEFINITELY NOT A USA size XXL, they wrote me back telling me it's returned at MY EXPENSE & it could cost from $60-100 to get it back to them & it had to be there in 10 days!!! I waited WEEKS for it to show up! They ACTUALLY say in the email that I should just keep it & GIVE IT AS A GIFT TO A FRIEND!!!! Really???? I'm reporting them everywhere I can! They are stealing my money!!!!

I eventually received items (some much smaller or not resembling picture at all, but I now have a reason to lose weight.) But I continued to receive items that that I never ordered. In fact I received items from China that I've never heard of. For example, I did not know that I needed a plastic tomato holder. I assume they are charging my card but don't know which charges are legit or which are bogus.

JustFashion is a complete scam of a company. As a five foot three inch tall person, the "dresses" just barely covered my belly button and were completely see through. They look nothing like the dresses on the models. Please do not waste your time or money on this place. You can't even return the product because it costs $100 to return which is significantly more than what I paid for it. Additionally, you have fifteen days to get it back to them and they told me that it wasn't possible and I should give it to a friend. Too bad I don't have a friend that is three feet tall. HUGE SCAM!!!!

I had the exact same experience with everyone who rated 1 star here. I hope I could even make a zero star! The clothes were made with very cheap materials and the sizing was totally off. When I asked to return they informed that it will take around $60-100 for international return shipping and strongly advised to gift to the friends or someone in need. I have sent a couple of emails asking for return address but have got no answer. Terrible business!

This was the worst company I have ever ordered from, for the following reasons: 1) My clothes arrived over 1 month after I purchased them 2) The clothing quality was terrible 3) The clothes arrived at separate times, not all at once 4) I wanted to return one of the shirts I purchased, and received the following message:

Clothing sent to me was not as described and sizing was totally off. When I asked for a RA the day I recieved the package from them they informed me that it would take $100 to ship/insure to their satisfaction and it must make it back to them at an international address within 15 days or they could not issue a refund at all. They suggested that I donate the clothing to a good cause if I could not use? I am very disappointed in PayPal as well that they would work with such a awful business!

There isn't a single aspect of this company I liked. In fact, it is the worst experience with a company I've ever had! This company scams people and they scammed me. I ordered a dress for a friend and a few days later realized it wouldn't be large enough based off of her measurements. I emailed the company to cancel the order. They said it was already in transit but I have 15 days upon receiving the package to send it back. A month later I still hadn't gotten the package. I asked for a tracking number and the package was sitting in China and hadn't moved. I again emailed them letting them know the package hadn't even left the facility yet so they should cancel the order. I was again told it was In transit. I checked back a week and a half later and the package was still sitting in China in the same spot. I sent yet another email and was told it was on its way. 2 months after having ordered the dress I received the package! The dress was the worst quality I've ever seen! It looked like a see-thru bed sheet. I was disgusted! I followed the instructions mailed with the package to send it back. I submitted the return through the online portal and received a response from customer service saying it would cost $60-$100 to get the package back to China so it's not worth it AND it needs to be AT their location within 15 days, not postmarked within 15 days like I was told. The customer service rep said it took me 2 months to get so I may as well keep it because I won't be getting my money back because A - it won't get to them in time, B - it may get "lost" in the mail, and C - it will cost me more to send back than what I paid for it. This company is the biggest rip off I've ever encountered and I'M IN SALES!!!

I eventually received my dress after having to contact them to ask where it was. They informed me there was a 'colour' issue with the dress I had purchased. They sent me a picture of the advertised colour and the actual colour. It looked identical to me so I said to go ahead and send it.
The dress arrived, I tried it on and noticed there was a hole in the seam where the sleeve attached to the body of the dress so I requested a return. They suggested a 20% return and I arrange to get the dress fixed locally. I told them no and I am still fighting to be allowed to return this item for a 100% refund. They have since upped their offer to a 40% refund.
The website is a farce and I will never be duped into buying from one of these sites again and I recommend others only buy from brands you are familiar with that actually care about customer service. Ridiculous.

Yes you get the clothes but the quality is terrible. One denim "dress" was so short there was no way to wear it as anything but a shirt. Also didn't have pockets. Other beach maxi dresses for weird (poofy) and material is sub-par. When I contacted them to return, they said I'd have to pay up to $100 in shipping. Overall, pictures are very misleading. Ive seen a few positive reviews (from paid bloggers) so maybe you'll like what you get but for me, I'll never be ordering from them again.

Ordered a dress in a large because I wanted the extra length. I would normally be a medium. Well the model must have been about 4'5", because this dress which is halfway down her calf, did not even make it past my knees. Junk.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRESS, the actual material is cheaper than what appeared in the picture. The skirt fit too big to fit comfortably around my body and the crocheted part was too small. It did not cover my breasts appropriately. Crocheted area was a lot smaller than the picture. My body is like the model's.
And these people make it hard, almost impossible, if you want to return an item. They send it from USA but if you want to return it, you have to send it to CHINA. They do that so you'll just keep the item because is too expensive to return, even for regular mail. They do offer a discount on your next item but don't expect to ever return an item. It's better if you throw it away.

I found just fashion now via Instagram. I placed an order needing a dress for a wedding in a hurry. There was free shipping or 2-5 days express was $60! I really needed the clothes so I paid. I waited over a week for my order to even process. The clothes are so cheap, sizes so off (although measurements were provided online) and customer service takes a long time. It says items need to be requested to be returned so I placed the request, page made an error and now it won't let me submit. You need to return within 15 days or no refund. Well paying $60 shipping express it still took 15 days soooo I'm hoping it was will be the day my return is postmarked. It also says original packaging or no returns WELL the bags each item came in has barcodes that don't match the receipt so I am not sure how to do this. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Save yourself time money and disappointment DONT DO IT!

Let's start with the false advertising on their Delivery service!!!! You pay an exorbitant “Express Delivery†fee, which states at checkout 2-5 business day…. Well folks, don’t take that for gospel, read the fine print which is on a separate page of the website to the checkout page, which describes how that 2-5 business days is how long they take to put the item into a box and stick a shipping address onto the parcel…. THEN you have to wait an additional 5-10 business days to actually receive the item! ARE YOU ACTUALLY JOKING!!! Express Delivery is definitely not a potential 15 days after purchase.
Never again! Cannot believe the utter disregard for the customer satisfaction and blatant lies on the site!
