f you’d asked me this time last year, would I be doing full body workouts 3 times a week and daily 10,000 steps, I’d have asked you if you were having a laugh. I just happened upon a couple of Rachaels cardio workouts and that’s when the motivation started. Scared of my chances if I caught Covid-19 and a failed Slimming World member, over more years than I care to remember, TeamRH offered me just what I needed at that moment in time and I’m loving it. It’s great to eat and enjoy proper food and still lose weight. Seven weeks in and 8lbs down. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Age or ability is no limit. Everyone can get their reward.
