Awful company. They say they will get a coach to message you and that they are there for you! Tgey don't keep.an eye on the accounts because I haven't logged anything and have heard absolutely bugger all from them! So no support at all. Absolute rubbish they just want the money. You have to download my fitness pal which is a free app and all Team RH do is take what information you've put into my fitness pal for that day and copy it into the Team RH app. So your literally just looking at the same information twice. Instantly regret this and have cancelled the direct debit. Workouts are not fully explained as your trying to do them. Avoid this company at all costs!
