This service is down, more than it is up. Customer service reps don't have any remote ability to help solve problems. They also blame all of their problems and unreliability on 3rd parties, as if that matters to the customer at all. They lost my package and did nothing about it, and even asked me what I though they should do. Are you kidding? All that matters is that the service is reliable, and that when you call customer service the result is a solution to your issue. Neither happens, but you will waste time arguing about whether flooding or construction has been happening, or whether their ISP is to blame. Who cares? Just fix it. Definitely do not recommend.
