I joined Team Rh after trying everything, and never really being able to keep any weight off and I've got to my target weight and managed to maintain for over a year, because you learn how dieting works and how you don't need to eat low calories forever! I also love the fact that they taught me that no food is bad, and I can eat a takeaway without all the guilt I used to feel :-D
