I cannot believe that the customer service agent was being rude to me over the telephone. I only wanted the agent to help me get a better understanding of their service. At first, the agent put me on hold. She returned to the phone after ten minutes passed by. Why was she giving me a hard time? I only wanted her to answer two simple questions!

What do you think your company is doing lying to people about their services? I think you guys need to be reported and stopped because what you are doing is wrong. This kind of stuff is why people don’t trust companies like yours. You are making a bad name for everyone and should stop.
