Utter disgrace
I cannot believe that the customer service agent was being rude to me over the telephone. I only wanted the agent to help me get a better understanding of their service. At first, the agent put me on hold. She returned to the phone after ten minutes passed by. Why was she giving me a hard time? I only wanted her to answer two simple questions!
