Purchased a set of masks and replacement filters on 4/6/2020. I received an email from them stating my order had been sent on 4/12, but the tracking number on the USPS site showed it as an "invalid tracking #". When I reached out to their Support group on 4/16, they stated it had been sent and should arrive shortly. Fast forward to today and still nothing has arrived. I attempted to reach them and now their website has been taken down and you get a bounce back on any emails sent to their Support email address. Looking online, others are now complaining of similar issues. SCAM!
