Ordered back early April and at the time I was wary. Everything proved to be right from my gut feeling. Their email doesn’t work anymore and the tracking provided has not moved out of China. They must be making good money. You google searchThe address which is apparently on a cul-de-sac in a quiet community, beautiful large home. I have to contact my bank and see if I can get credit.

Worst Company I ever order from . Made an order early April it is mid July I still haven't received my order. I sent several emails to them they wanted me to believe Covid19 had something to do with about 3 month delay in my order. My last email to them I have yet to receive a response. No should ever oder from this Addict TEE company

I ordered 2 masks back in April and when I check on the order it’s still in China, I ordered replacement filters for the masks about a week and half later and low and behold I received them about a week ago. Nice to have replacement filters, but would be better if I had the masks to wear. The tracking number for my masks still says pre-shipment so by the time we have a vaccine for this crap, is when everyone will receive there orders.

I ordered in early March. Low and behold my masks came yesterday. I wish they would have been more straight forward on the time but nevertheless they arrived. I got a shipment of filters about a month earlier. Anyways they did arrive so I cant be too upset, hopefully they will arrive for the rest of you all.

I placed a 93 dollar order for mask so I could work during covid19. They said they were fur veterans. Being as one I wanted to support them, but I got fucked. Out of money and mask. Wish I could get a real email, phone, or something to these ***** scumbags.

This co lies I have been waiting for an order for over 2 month, When i contact them they keep saying its on the way, But, the tracking they keep giving me the post office said its not good. They got my money and won't refund it. Do not buy anything from this co.

This place is a total rip off. Sales come from China and get lost. Purchased late march and now May 26th with no product. I have communicated non stop to avail and all i get is BS excuses. Their offer was 9 dlars refund and 30 percent discount on next product. Why the F would i send them more money!!? Currebtly battling bank, Paypal and still addicttee for my refund. Stay away from this company. Recently changed from a .com to a .net causijg more confusion.

Never received masks. I went to PayPal and opened a case and got all my money back. Use paypal if you decided to order from them. I wouldn't order from them though.

After 30 days I sent an email asking where my order was and I got some generic email back about delays due to COVID 19. I tried to send a second email after the first email and now none of the links work. After following a but it now link it looks like they may have changed their name and the old site no longer exists. Shady AF

Ordered 4/3 and still have not arrived. Never left CHINA. Had I known they were coming from CHINA I never would have ordered from them. Ordered through PayPal for the protections and they closed the case basically saying case closed. No resolution. Wont need by the time they arrive if they ever arrive.

On April 2 I order 2 masks and extra filters through PayPal and got a shipping number which said China and have moved from the original location since 18 March. Contact with PayPal and apprized them of the situation and they closed my case because the seller is in good standing. My next move is my credit card company to get my money back! Definitely a Scam site!

Ordered a mask with filters and 1.5 months later, my order has not arrived but my CC was charged. When I tried to go to there website, to my surprise its down. Not a shocker coming from a scam company who took advantage of a situation. Lesson learned from my end.

I ordered off addicted tee 2 masks on April 1st have not received them the amount was 56.19 I get a charge on my company business card to a sheriff I tried to contact them and no email went to the .net site and it wasnt found so guess I got shafted by someone who says they support the military it sucks I spent 24 years in the military and trusted that business on that fact

SCAM. Ordered masks 3 APR. Weeks later found out they were coming from China. Got shipping, tracking, and delivery notifications to an address in Athens, GA (I live in CO). Tried to send an email, FB message, website link...all gone. Came here and someone said they'd changed to .net. I tried all those....all still gone. Now I gotta try and find a way to get a refund....{{{sigh}}}...congrats, you got me.

Can't understand why there're som many bad review about Addicttee, but I got my masks yesterday. They're all perfect. Highly recommend!. FYI, I also contact them at first, but they sent me an email informing the domain has been changed to addicttee.net.

bogus… Now you can’t contact them via email. Because it comes back as undeliverable and their domain is no longer there. They sent me an email and said that they were going through some changes and changing the broadband and doing some overhauling and I would not be able to contact them. I think it’s a ploy to buy more time as they continue to scam people.

I ordered two masks on March 5, 2020. I contacted them a couple time in April. They said my order was on the way. Then me a tracking number show my order was processed through accompany in China on April 21, 2020. Still has not arrived.

All, I am in the same boat bought a mask and never showed up. I also have some good news. I checked on the domain and addicttee.com has been flagged by I think Tucows. The domain information at the ICANN whois shows their Domain Name Server has been changed to: ns1.shut-for-fraud.com and ns2.shut-for-fraud.com Also their facebook page is gone.

Like the rest of the reviews i also ordered 4 masks and filters on april 8. My dad who is also a Veteran listened to me and ordered 2 masks and filters. I sent a email also got and a fake tracking number! I reached out to paypal yesterday and let them know i was scammed and thank ***** they were able to help me out and fix the problem! I spent over 100.00 with this fraudulent company! This is sad that this is able to happen smh...

Zero stars. Ordered 3 masks back on 10Apr. Have not received, at first it said they were making labels and then waiting to ship from post office in China. It's been waiting for weeks apparantly. Scam, stay away. I haven't seen one comment or review yet of anybody getting their masks.

Purchased a set of masks and replacement filters on 4/6/2020. I received an email from them stating my order had been sent on 4/12, but the tracking number on the USPS site showed it as an "invalid tracking #". When I reached out to their Support group on 4/16, they stated it had been sent and should arrive shortly. Fast forward to today and still nothing has arrived. I attempted to reach them and now their website has been taken down and you get a bounce back on any emails sent to their Support email address. Looking online, others are now complaining of similar issues. SCAM!

A as with all of the other reviewers, I ordered mask from Addict Tee on 6 April 2020. On 12 April 2020 I received an email with a USPS tracking # that states "Label prepared for shipment". On 16 April 2020 it states acceptance (still in China) 17 April 2020 process through Facility (Suzhou China) 22 April 2020 still processed through Facility (Sczhou EMS China). Still have not received my mask! This seems to be a state sponsored SCAM. In my opinion to get these USPS updates the scam has to be deeper than just the merchant alone.

This company is a total scam. I ordered two masks and two replacement filters from them on 1 April. I have not received my masks or filters. Same story as in reviews below. I inquired via email to their customer service support and received a bogus e-mail back from "Michelle Price" that the masks were delayed in shipping. The shipping number is bogus. The website for the company no longer exists and it is a TOTAL FRAUD!!! China is the origin of this virus and now companies like Addict Tee which are based there are ripping people off. USA needs to take serious measures to make China pay. I filed a fraudulent transaction claim through my bank and should be able to get my $81.20 back.

Bought some masks over a month ago. I was not notified that they were from China. I emailed and was told that because of Covid , their shipping was longer. I asked for a discount for inconvenience and was given 30% back from my total order. Tracking number keeps saying it’s in China. I can no longer email them as their server no longer exists, nor their website. I hope these people het hit by a train and die!!!!!

Just like others here...i ordered an army themed mask for my hubby. I requested update last month. Recieved an email with tracking number that shows label was made but still not shipped! I tried going to website and now it is showing it doesn't exist! Im heated! Ive filed a complaint through PayPal. Hope they can help me get the money back...BBB cant even get this stupid company to respond.

Ordered two Army mask. Paid thru pay pal thinking I was safe in doing this. Placed order on April 3rd 2020 checked usps shipping numbers and it is fake. Got a text saying it was shipped but still in china. They are ripping off veterans. Going to file a fraud alert with my bank pay pal is a big joke wont be using them any more.

I paid for an N95 mask I never received. Michelle said the mask would be delivered soon. Never arrived. Now their website is down, and their support email doesn't exist. FROM CHINA SHUHAN CHINA...Not surprised. I'll never buy anything from China again. They're just a bunch of cheaters. Don't buy from these low lifes.

Ordered several of their veteran-themed masks almost 6 weeks ago. All we have received so far are excuses, misdirections, lies, and silence - as in no shipping confirmations, no tracking numbers, no responses, and now no way to contact them. At first they claimed shipping was slowed by COVID-19 (plausible). That graduated to “your order has shipped”, except we did not receive a shipping email, tracking number, OR OUR ORDER. Now, no website, no masks, no responses, nothing but less money in my banking account.
So now we try to recover our funds from PayPal and write this review. My advice to those considering ordering from AdictTee.com... RUNAWAY, RUNAWAY...

If I could give this company NO STARS... I definitely would. They do not honor policies stated on their website. It sickens me to see that they used “military veterans” as a coverup in order to gain service members and veteran’s business. I placed an order with this Company late March, early April 2020 and have not received anything. I even received a bogus a$$ USPS Tracking number that didn’t match up in the system at all.
When I reached out to their support team, Michelle Price lied and tried blaming the delay on COVID-19 slowing down shipping processes. Then when I tried responding back, I received an error message stated that the email address could not be found. This company has ZERO integrity and is clearly set to rip people off. Hopefully others see all of these negative reviews before placing an order. Their website should NOT still be up. They should NOT still be given the ability to rip people off. At the end of the day... they will have to pay what they owe. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY... not for service members, veterans or families at all. #DISGRACE

The better business bureau even suggests going through your financial institution and request fraud reimbursement through insured account

I ordered two masks- one black and one camo as well as an army ring. I was promptly charged and received my ring- but no masks. The ring was ok but not the quality worth the $. I emailed [email protected] a few days ago, but received no response. I sent a second email just now and the domain no longer exists! You cant even get to the site any more. I just blew $50 bucks on 2 masks that i will likely never see and feel robbed. Jerry

In the advertisement it shows Addict Tee, North Carolina but actually these are from a company called Accessorize PTE coming from China. They charged my account right away and when I emailed them about cancelling and refund, long before shipping, they responded they could not. Ordered apr 8 and order still in China. Had I known if it was coming from China I would not have bought from this company. Very misleading

After multiple emails asking for masks or a refund I was just simply ignored. Even after taking a screenshot of the charge and sending it to them. Don't waste your money here people, you will surely get ripped off

Ordered masks and filters. Said they were in stock never received shipping confirmation. Tried canceling was by Michelle that they didn’t do cancellations. I think they get your money and that all they want. Have a clam though PayPal waiting for resolutions. Don’t buy from this company they are thieves.

Do not expect anything from this company for several weeks, if at all. Sure, you’ll get a notice of shipment pretty soon after you order - but that’s just them creating the shipping label. It won’t actually ship for quite a long time after that.
And the items ship from China, so expect an extraordinary long shipping time.
Never got a good answer from Customer Service. Repeated requests for a refund were ignored. I finally filed a dispute through PayPal.
Avoid. Not worth it.

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks and made several attempts to inquire about the status. I received an email from Michelle saying be patient as we don’t have the item ready for delivery at time. That was 14 days ago today , so in just emailed her again. I don’t think this company is legit. If I don’t have my masks in hand this week I’ll contact a few people. The first will be my credit card to take back the payment. The second will be to the attorney general’s office , third will be to facebook to advise them the have a scam company advertising on there site screwing people.

Ms.Michelle Price was so helpful, i got some issues when i was trying to place an order, and she helped out quickly and effectively. When i received my items, i was so surprised cause those stuffs were amazing, same to description and good quality.

Michelle Price, from Addict Tee, did not want to release my money after I made a purchase by accident and cancelled within 5 minutes. She emailed some phony policy of NO REFUNDS! How can I not be refunded for something I never smelled, touched, taste, or PayPal and hopefully I get a resolution. These people are scammers!

I ordered a US Army belt the sizes were in metric when I did the conversion it should have fit but when it arrived way to small, when I contacted them they wanted pictures, that I sent and showed the problem they finally offered a refund but the address they wanted me to send it was probably somewhere on the great wall.

Thankfully, I paid with credit card so I was able to have my payment refunded to my card. My order status on Addicttee showed "delivered" three days after I placed an order - but I never received the items . When I called customer service there was always a long hold time then someone would pick up the phone and hang up. No one ever responded to my reply via emails . Terrible !!!! Proceed with caution if you choose to place an order with this company.
