We live in modern times, there’s no reason why service should be this poor. It’s absolutely terrible. I’m tired of so many companies going through terrible motions, delivering terrible service. It’s just sad. Don’t trust these guys, they are not going to be nice, they’re going to upset you every single time, it’s just awful.

So we called them and they said they were not taking any new customers, I guess they are so wealthy that they don't need new customers.
