We live in modern times, there’s no reason why service should be this poor. It’s absolutely terrible. I’m tired of so many companies going through terrible motions, delivering terrible service. It’s just sad. Don’t trust these guys, they are not going to be nice, they’re going to upset you every single time, it’s just awful.
