I've had similar..didn't realise there was no option to cancel if it wasn't working for you...they tag it cleverly on the sign up, they also only offer monthly, I think if people saw the years cost they wouldn't sign up and then to top it all they direct you to a fee app which I had anyway and yet continue to take £6.99 a month for the privalege...bad, nasty company...and as soon as I cancelled my direct debit (I did tell them I would) received an email..bullies..nasty people...don't sign up
