I really dislike dealing with this company’s staff. I don’t understand how one company can manage to hire the people who seem least interested in assisting their customers. The employees are rude and unhelpful when you try to talk to them about anything. You would think a company of this size would invest in better employees.

The staff were clearly poorly trained, and when I spoke to a manager to ask for someone who could actually help me, the manager was completely condescending as if I were stupid. He said they were the best the company had, and there must be something wrong with me for not wanting to work with them. I will be looking for help elsewhere. They have better deals anyway.
