The staff were clearly poorly trained, and when I spoke to a manager to ask for someone who could actually help me, the manager was completely condescending as if I were stupid. He said they were the best the company had, and there must be something wrong with me for not wanting to work with them. I will be looking for help elsewhere. They have better deals anyway.
