Review about Happy Sky Cleaning
I did research online to find a dependable cleaning service in Chicago. I came across Happy Sky Cleaning and decided to give them a call a few days ago. I received a quote and we scheduled an appointment for this Thursday, tomorrow, between 9-10am. I received a call and text today to confirm appointment and I replied yes to confirm. At 1pm this afternoon, I received a text from Yana, to tell me the cleaning lady scheduled for tomorrow could not come due to baby sitting problems. She then asked if the cleaning lady could come today at 6pm? I replied no, because my husband had surgery today and it would not work, plus I booked for 5 hours and that would mean someone to stay until 11pm, and possibly later if I needed additional work done. I texted back and asked for a return call, an hour and a half later no reply. I also left a voice mail asking for a return call. I was not offered an opportunity to get an appointment on Friday or any other alternative. This really is not the way to treat a new customer. I understand emergencies happen, but there should be a better attempt to rectify this situation. I a few friends looking for a cleaning service, and you could have gained additional clients if first visit went well, along with my commitment to rebook on a regular basis. Very poor communication.
