Didn't do a good job on empty house that needed deep cleaning. Wouldn't recommend.

These are the WORST cleaners ever! I hired them because I sent a very specific checklist of what needed to be done to my apartment and they said the could do everything on it. The cleaner showed up and she was so lazy. She didn’t clean the kitchen, she moved stuff around and wiped things off. What type of deep cleaning is this?! Then, she came with basic, almost empty products. You’re working for a cleaning company, EVERYTHING SHOULD BE FULL! She kept insisting she’d finish early but I had to constantly show her she was nowhere near finished. Then, when I told her she needed to sweep, she idiotically started using the mop as a broom. I refused to pay them, so they sent another cleaner. This woman told me she couldn’t do everything on the checklist but she did agree the first cleaner did a terrible job, specially with the kitchen. They are lazy and money hungry. I told the manager of the issue, and she offered me 10 dollars off. I refused to pay it and gave her $100 less than the quoted price. I actually regret paying anything and I’m considering legal action because I’m now seeing how little work was done. DONT HIRE THEM! They ONLY care about money. They are nasty cleaners, lazy, and money hungry.

We had hired this company for a move in prior to a home we bought. The house had brand new carpeting and paint, and was completely unfurnished. We received a quote for four hours, three cleaners. On the day of service one of the women was late. Three of the four hours was spent cleaning the upstairs. Which had no furniture and brand new carpeting. However when we looked upstairs all of the windows and corners had cobwebs and spiders and the mirrors were left streaked. A woman who never identified her relationship to the company reached out to say they would need to stay longer to complete the job, and we would be charged more. We spoke with her regarding how they had been spending their time and she agreed to “discount” some of the extra time. The women spilled dirty liquid all over the brand new carpet in the basement which we had to pay to have cleaned. Additionally, the fridge which we had asked to have cleaned was not touched and after they left we discovered dead bugs and flies in the freezer still. Definitely not cleaned. After hiring a “professional” cleaning service For hundreds of dollars, I feel as though I should not have to wipe cobwebs and dead bugs off of areas we were told were cleaned. It got to the point where we had to double check everything the had done, which as a professional company in an empty home, I feel we shouldn’t have ever had to do. We had reached out to the woman who had contacted us multiple times and asked to speak to the owner to discuss dissatisfaction. On that day we were told the owner was sick. Every time we asked after we were told we couldn’t speak with him. We wanted to speak with him prior to paying them to express what had transpired at our house, but instead all we recurved were harassing texts calls and emails from the unidentified woman demanding we pay. Overall, aside from being dissatisfied with the actual cleaning it was even more disappointing their disregard for customer service and appalling handling of clients. Additionally, one of the cleaning women actually stole our brand new Dyson vacuum from our house. As we were moving boxes in we didn’t even notice it was missing. It took us over a week to get ahold of the company and try to get the vacuum back( which we did thankfully) , but still.

I did research online to find a dependable cleaning service in Chicago. I came across Happy Sky Cleaning and decided to give them a call a few days ago. I received a quote and we scheduled an appointment for this Thursday, tomorrow, between 9-10am. I received a call and text today to confirm appointment and I replied yes to confirm. At 1pm this afternoon, I received a text from Yana, to tell me the cleaning lady scheduled for tomorrow could not come due to baby sitting problems. She then asked if the cleaning lady could come today at 6pm? I replied no, because my husband had surgery today and it would not work, plus I booked for 5 hours and that would mean someone to stay until 11pm, and possibly later if I needed additional work done. I texted back and asked for a return call, an hour and a half later no reply. I also left a voice mail asking for a return call. I was not offered an opportunity to get an appointment on Friday or any other alternative. This really is not the way to treat a new customer. I understand emergencies happen, but there should be a better attempt to rectify this situation. I a few friends looking for a cleaning service, and you could have gained additional clients if first visit went well, along with my commitment to rebook on a regular basis. Very poor communication. They charged $250 for 5 hrs with one person. They threw away everything on my fridge, freezer, and tossed my cleaning products and trash can. We spent over 4 hrs cleaning the carpet, marble, windows, and mirrors. Next day texted asking for $25 extra. I complained and then only asked for $10 extra. Instead of putting my key back in the lock box, they threw it under a bag in common area without warning until I returned 6 days later. Never use these gals

We paid Happy Sky $160 cash for four hours of cleaning today. We have a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home. Olga showed up on time and we left for work. When we came home, we discovered that she’d cleaned 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Period. And the company offered to do the he rest for an additional $130 (a DISCOUNT! Woot!) she hadn’t touched the kitchen, living room, dining area, family room or den. No thanks, Happy Sky. I feel ripped off.

Paid $450 for POST CONSTRUCTION clean up before moving in.......Horrible job, they didnt speak English and when I complained they said I had 72 hrs to get 1 person back for 2 hours, I JUST moved in and have boxes all over how are you going to clean????

My place was a disaster after my ceilings were refinished. Dust everywhere on every surface! Anna was like an angel sent from Heaven. She worked tirelessly for five solid hours the first visit and my home (and sanity) were restored. She did such a fantastic job that I booked her again for the following week. I was over the moon with this service - prompt, reliable, totally professional all the way.

This company charged me a flat rate for "up to 4 hours" of cleaning. The girl left after less than 3 hours. She took her time cleaning and did a mediocre job at best! she did not clean the bathroom faucet or the toilet paper roll holder--what the hell?? My bathroom was NOT dirty--I cleaned it a few days ago--she spent 1 HOUR in there with the door closed!!~I called her back to get my last hours worth, then she seemed to pick up the pace. She did not vacuum by tiny stir case, she left the fixtures in the bathroom dusty (that was her first room), she left a bit of scotch tape on the floor that she supposedly cleaned. I will never use this company again. I will also never get a charged a fat rate again! The owner's response was "she needed more time"!! OMG! SCAM! I have had people in my SMALL: place in the past do a BETTER job in LESS TIME!!!
