I recently sent in a 2017 iMac that was in perfect condition. I shipped it to them in the original double insulated shipping container. They get it and all of the sudden - they find that the hard drive is faulty and offer me 10% of the original offer. The only way to get it back is to pay for shipping back. This place is a RIP OFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DEALING WITH THEM.
