Beware. This company will offer you a higher offer than competitors then low-ball you after receiving your device. They base this on ambiguous descriptions of its condition that they will later decide you chose inaccurately. They will not provide return shipping by referencing an agreement you signed saying it’s your responsibility if you don’t take their final offer. No protection for the consumer once you have sent away your device until you pay the “ransom” cost of the return shipping to have it returned to you. Do not use this company.

I sent a fully functional 2019 MBP to them recently, and they came back with a price much lower than offered even though the mac had only been used for 6 months by an employee that quit and we did not need it anymore. They offered 293.00 to buy it but when I got their final quote it was some bull offer of 217.00, stating that the screen was scratched up and the case was in bad shape! They are frauds and I do not recommend them at all, and we sell lots of MBP in great shape, but these people are liars and cheats! Stay away and go with another reputable company! I only paid accepted the offer because they wanted me to pay for return shipping! Trash company reselling for much more on ebay!

I recently sent in a 2017 iMac that was in perfect condition. I shipped it to them in the original double insulated shipping container. They get it and all of the sudden - they find that the hard drive is faulty and offer me 10% of the original offer. The only way to get it back is to pay for shipping back. This place is a RIP OFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DEALING WITH THEM.

I sent in two apple products that 100% WORKED. GREAT condition. No scratches, fully functional, had the box, and so on.. Both products worked 10 minutes before I put them in my shipping box to send to this company. I checked multiple times if everything was good to go to avoid something like this., but once this company received it…. Suddenly BOTH products don’t work for the same exact reason? Both products don’t work? Same EXACT reason? It was a copy and paste email they sent me.
Scammmmmmmmmm.
I had used other websites like this one and they are good like buybackworld or Usell.
I never heard of this company before but took a chance. Mistake on my end.

Claiming the home button doesn't work on an ipad I sent them, complete lie! Then they offer to recycle it for me. Avoid this company!
