Review about Romantix
1. It is unfortunate that because of the attitude of the employees, customers stop going to places like Romatix San Fernando.
2. The movie theaters open from 11-3, 3:30-7:30, and 8:00-12:00 midnight. It is becoming common that in the afternoon they open at 3:45, 15 minutes later, but they charge us customers for 4 hours, when in reality we only receive three hours and 30 minutes. They also kick us out of the movie theater 15 minutes early, in total it is 30 minutes that they charge us, but they do not give us the correct service. We are paying for 4 hours and they have to give us 4 hours.
3. The manager is like he is tired of working there, or something is wrong because he is never in a good mood.
4. Now I will give details of the worst thing there is in Romantix San Fernando and it is the security employee.
5. That man is rude, conceited, and very selective when it comes to treating people rudely. How is it possible that white couples with blue and green eyes, he doesn't pay attention to them, however, he follows Latino/Hispanic people like him around the store in a very obvious way and he makes Latinos feel very uncomfortable, and he takes on responsibilities that don't belong to him, which belong to those who are at the front desk.
6. At Romantix San Fernando the parking is free for everyone. The security guard started talking badly to me, and making rude signs and telling me to move to another place that I had chosen his parking spot. But I see that where I parked it doesn't say that it is an exclusive parking lot for the security employee.
7. The service at Romantix San Fernando is terrible.
