I don’t like to jump to conclusions because sometimes workers just have a bad day at work. We’ve all been there, right? Small mistakes can be overlooked, but rudeness is just not cool. You can always control how nice you are to people, and doing so is important especially for business. Not hiring them again.

They charged me three times for one product! It took them two weeks to reverse the charges for the over-billing. I'm afraid to order from them again in case I run into this same issue.
